A Rose is Still a Rose: Book Talk with LaNette Kincaid

A Rose is Still a Rose: Book Talk with LaNette Kincaid

Audra Russell chats with author and writing coach LaNette Kincaid.

LaNette helps small business owners and aspiring authors write and publish their stories. She is a survivor of domestic violence and sexual abuse. She is also a wife, mother, and grandmother.

Her accomplishments include recently producing and recording her first gospel song, creating fundraising events such as Concert 4 Coats, the I Survived Gospel Concert, Hat and Heels, and Women are Roses ceremony.

In this episode we talk about her book, Women are Roses, which is a collaboration of 10 women who bravely share their stories of survival. LaNette also gives some great advice to all my aspiring writers out there.

Though the book is about women who have survived various situations, I promise this show is an uplifting one.

So grab your favorite beverage, get cozy, and enjoy!
